Crossroads Appliance
The leader in home appliances since 1972
What the Installers Do:
Our delivery team is often mistaken for the installation service by our customers, but in fact our delivery and installation teams are completely separate.

Our installation team takes care of appliances that require technical work. That means installations which call for licensed electricians and plumbers. If you have requested an installation, our installers will bring your appliance themselves. You don't need to schedule delivery and installation separately.

The delivery team, on the other hand, brings and installs washers, dryers, refrigerators and other freestanding items that do not require licensed electricians or plumbers (as well as making appliance drop-offs for contractors). Click here for the Shipping & Delivery page.

Installation Scheduling:
Crossroads Appliance presently has:
• Two 2-man crews who install large appliances and kitchen packages.
• One "1-man crew" for smaller items.

Generally, installation appointments can be set one to two weeks after purchase for larger items, and from two days to a week for smaller items.

We schedule installations on a first-come, first-serve basis, depending on the type of items and the nature of the installation.

Note: any installation of cooktop & downdraft combinations must be bid first, meaning that we must come out and make an estimate before making installation arrangements. This is due the complexity of this type of installation.
