Good Advice
If you are reading this page before buying an appliance from us, you are already smart. Now you can go to the next level, and read the following tips for common return items.

Avoid a returns situation altogether!

Kitchen Ventilation:
Please carefully plan venting runs and follow the manufacturer's recommendations. The most important factor concerning ventilation is always what you cook and how you prepare it. Ask us about what may be needed for your style of food preparation. Please consult with all the qualified persons involved with your installation prior to finalizing your order.

Warming Drawers:
The common mistake here is size. Make sure you order the size that fits your plan. Last-minute changes in location may mean it will not work with the size you purchased. All warming drawers are considered special orders and are therefore non-returnable.

Microwaves with trim kits for built-in applications:
The depth of the cabinet must be deep enough for the microwave that is being put into it. Electrical outlets and cords must not prevent the microwave from going all the way in. Again, last minute changes almost always mean it won’t fit. There are no returns on trim kits unless the box has never been opened.

Sinks and Faucets:
Plumbing fixtures have a full one-year warranty on parts only, no labor. The most common mistake in plumbing is installation errors. Labor is not covered under warranty for that reason so make sure your installer follows the manufacturer's recommendations. All sinks and faucets are considered special orders and are therefore non-returnable.
