Shipping & Delivery Policies
You have two choices: delivery by Crossroads or shipping.
The policies regarding these are as follows:
• Locally, Crossroads will deliver any item, big or small. See "Where Do We Deliver?" below.
• There is a delivery charge for all delivered items, depending on the nature of the order and the distance. Please talk to your salesperson about delivery charges.
• For smaller items up to 75 pounds, you may opt to have the item shipped via UPS. You may want to compare the shipping cost to our delivery charge and see which option is lower. Your salesperson can help with this.
• Crossroads Appliance will not ship or deliver to P.O. boxes.
• Crossroads Appliance does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. For Hawaii or Alaska, however, Crossroads can deliver to a dock here in Washington, and the customer must arrange shipping from there.
• Gift cetificates will be mailed via the US Postal Service.
• Orders with multiple items: if you are within 50 miles of us, we will wait until all items are available and then ship. Otherwise, we will ship items as they are available in our warehouse; therefore you may receive more than one delivery if you purchase several items. Items that have different shipping methods will of course be shipped separately.

Where Do We Deliver?
Crossroads sends out its delivery trucks to the greater Bellevue and Seattle area, which usually means within a 20 mile radius from our Bellevue store. This delivery area can be negotiated, as we have delivered to many locations around the state for an additional charge.

When Will My Order Arrive?
Shipping time depends on the shipping company, and before that, on the availability of the item in our warehouse.
UPS generally takes between 3 and 7 days. If your item has already shipped, you may contact us for the tracking number, which you may use on the UPS site: www.ups.com.
